I'm a certified coach with specialized training in parental leadership and dynamics since 2020. Combined with a practical foundation in Scrum frameworks (certified PSM level 1), I provide tailored coaching with a focus on artistic development, responsible leadership and communication.

My philosophy: bridging art and agile methodologies - to me, artistic creation is agile by nature. Long before my official Scrum training I’ve been navigating the exact realities that agile frameworks try to solve: managing shifting constraints, pivoting when budgets change, transforming unexpected creative challenges into new solutions and the ability to find structure within fluid, creative chaos. I want to bring this real-world experience into teams to help artists, programmers and designers collaborate smoothly

Key experience & speaking:

• Coached individuals and groups within the performing arts for two years (2023 & 2025) as part of the "Producentcheck" project at Producentbyrån in Gothenburg.

• Delivered guest lectures and presentations on creativity for both ProAgile and Campus Mölndal.
