ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
For over a decade now I’ve operated as an independent creative director and artist. Under the moniker Paperwing I've written, produced and released several albums, collaborated with string quartets and pop artists alike and directed two large scale scenic productions: String Fling at Stora Teatern in 2023 and Age of Pisces at Annedalskyrkan in 2025.
I love telling stories through art, combining different artistic fields such as music, dance, light, costume and set design, to create immersive audiovisual experiences. As a creative director, it's my job to create and communicate the artistic vision, put together the optimal team and lead them through the thorny process of production while maintaining the holistic oversight and making sure the project is delivered successfully.
Age of Pisces (2025)
Enter an endless realm where imagination and mystery dwell. Age of Pisces is a postmodern pop opera exploring the hidden and the mystical within human history and the inner soul. Musical ecstasy intertwines with esoteric voices and psychological tension; angels, demons, and mythic beings dissolve into an intoxicating soundscape – at times celestial and tender, at times brutally raw.
String Fling (2023)
Paperwing String Fling is about casting away the old, embracing one's darkness and finding your light. Inspired by a time of rebellion and drama, artist Paperwing creates a resonant narrative that touches the innermost parts of us all. Voice and strings unite with light, movement, and electronic atmospheres. Marie Antoinette in a whole new way.
